N86 8MP disconnected during update...

Method 1: OVI SUITE

Like said, my N86 just disconnects... after downloading, it proceeds to 'Installing device software...' and stated about 15 minutes total left... then suddenly it disconnects (no reboot, just disconnect) and Ovi comes out with a message 'Internal error'.... 'Your device could not be detected. Follow these steps to help reconnect yout phone......' and I did but the problem still persists... what's the problem?

 

Method 2: FOTA

It's a different story for FOTA.. my phone detects a that version 21.006 is available... I downloaded it, installed it, it reboots and at the 'installing' screen, the bar just went for 1-2 pixels, then it restarts, and loads the home screen with a message that the version is not compatible with my phone.

 

What is wrong???
