I am trying to update my N73 using Nokia software updater version 1.3.20 EN , but after Searching for a connected phone and detecting it the finally trying to Identify it , this error appear "Unable to retrieve phone information , the phone model is not currently supported" , while I already updated the firmware of my brothers phones N73 original and N73 music edition using the same nokia updater and the same PC and cable
, Please if somebody know where the problem come from , It would be very appreciated to help me , thanks in advance

hmm, thats a strange firmware version...i've never seen it mentioned anywhere before...
anyways, try taking it to your NSC...maybe they can do something about it?

Well , May be the NSC would do something abt. that , but sure that will be cash paid ,,,, I bought these sets from abroad (Dubai) with an International warranty - which doesn't apply in my country (Egypt) for an unknown reason - and of course I don't wanna pay for updating a brand new phone set ,,,,,
