Dear all,

I am facing lots of technical problems over my N73 if u can help.
I had bought this cell (n73 music edition) on 21st March 2008.Everything was fine but later it started hanging a lot.
Recently I updated my software to V 4.0812.4.2.1 and after that i am facing more problems like

1. the cell usually hangs more than the previous version
2. sometimes I fail to receive or send sms.When ever i send sms it gets blocked in Outbox. I thought might be its Telecom Technical problem but after inserting to another handset i found it was not the telecom technical problem.Similarly If someone tries to send me sms they get a notification as MESSAGE CANNOT BE SENT.
3. very often even at the midst of conversation the screen displays as "GENERAL: SYSTEM ERROR" and automatically restarts.

Help should be provided by a Nokia Care Point. I think this is the only solution there is for your phone. Try heading there they´ll sort it out and since you bought the phone on March 21st 2008 you still have warranty and therefore you won´t by paying for this service.

you can try and flash your firmware again or visit the care centre
