Hey,

I have scoured through the posts, and the net but cannot find a similar problem that I have.

I set up, and began installing the latest software release, Left the PC for a few mins and my comp said the phone was disconnected, after a few mins the installer said 'failed etc' the phone turned on after a lot of flashing and flickering, appeard ok.

I figured it would be best to re-install as I don't want to come across issues later on.
All appeard to be ok and the insatller said 'completed' however the phone now just lights up when I switch it on, the keys beep when pressed and you can make out a red bar on-screen at the bottom, like a menu, and the center has a grey type display, somewhat similar to a theme. (it's red as it's vodafone by the way)
I've tried many batt removals- attempting to re-install, but the phone won't connect- the holding 3 down thing- and trying to fiddle around.

Any suggestions, I can't be without a phone and the N73 was a big splash out for me. Plllleeeeeaaaazzeeee help me!!

Take it to Nokia care. If yours is a network branded phone you may have to take it there.

I have 1600 nokia hand set ok then my set many time restart solve the problem

Never mind, I upgraded to the 8gb N95 hehe
