N73 NSU : "Software Update Failed"

I'm from Saudi Arabia. I'm trying to update my NOKIA N73 to 3.0704.0.1.0. It detects there's an update, then shows "Updating" Then finally disappoints me with a message "Downloading software update package failed. The service might be down or your Internet Connection may not be working properly. Try again later" Been trying from yesterday. :smileysad:
Is it my PC problem, or is it NOKIA's problem?
My product ID is 0529803
Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (11) [Product ID: 0559416]
V 21.0.025 (date: 02-04-2009)
network: mobily (etihad etisalat)

Yes it is your PC's problem.

The NSU can't get the proper connection to the NOKIA server and so has showed that message.

Check your Internet connection IF your computer is getting the 'key ports' and DNS and Proxy reply(if you use a proxy server) and then try to re start NSU.

PS. there may be a SERVER DOWN of the Internet Connection's ISP for a while.
So, try again after some time.
