Called a phone store today and they told me they can re-flash my phone with the original software from 3, is this something i can do myself? if so where can i get the firmware files? and can it be done with nss

i had a N73 vanilla but i bought the ME edition couple of months ago
my current firmware is 3.0705.1.0.31 RM-133
shall i update???
when i did some updates with my Vanilla version the phone went crazy!!
am affraid of updating, what do u advise guys, so far my phone is working perfectly!!

The nu update allows the phone to support AADP.
BTW: what is N73 VANILLA?

N73 Vanilla is not the normal one is the silver one but nokia N73 normal one is white in colour. and ME is black as far as i know....

WHY the hell my phone id DEAD now after updating???

when i put the backup info back, the phone asked for a restart and i never saw the phone work again..
i only get NOKIA blue logo, then a white screen!!!

how can i fix it, or at leat RE-install the update so the phone can work again!!!
plzzzz HELP ASAP guys :'(

****AN UPDATE ABOUT MY PREVIOUS REPLY****

i managed to do it by myself, didn't take it to any phone shop or nokia care..
i formatted my phone pressing (*)+(3)+(Call button)+(power)
waited till the choose country list appered then stuff worked smoothly from there, stuff went screwed after updating so i don't know about guys who do not complete the updating procces

remember to do the formating without the SIM card and/or memory card inside, and it will REMOVE everything on the phone memory too...

the thx for trying the format is in a topic i found by "seraphim" about how to format S60's

Taht doesn't work on all n73's, i tried it o my phone an nothing happened.

Also my version of the phone is black, but i have the music and internet edition all in one, my firmware was version 3.078... now all have is the music edition.
