i'm from Malaysia, my phone can't support chinese since i update the software, what can i do...

It looks like you have what's called a "grey import", ie. a phone not intended for the Malaysian market but imported by a retailer from another part of the world.
There's not a lot you can do apart from visit a Nokia Care Point and ask if they can install a Chinese language pack.
Not that there may be a charge for this operation because the lack of support for Chinese language is NOT a fault in the phone (it wasn't intended for the Chinese-speaking market).
