I bought my E7 from UAE with full Arabic support and Arabic keyboard product code "059G8X1" after update the software to "014.002"  I lost my Arabic and there is only English and Philippine Lang.

I need to restore my Arabic support the phone is till can read Arabic but no way to write any Arabic letter

what can ido ? I don't live now in UAE so the warranty not valid

So don't tell me to goto to nearest nokia care because I don't have to pay money for refixing  something caused by your broken software update

Help !!!!!

the phone wasn't meant for the UAE region. this means that the Arabic language was added after the retailer got the phone.

your only option is to go to a Nokia Care and ask them to install the language you want.

please remember that after installing/reinstalling a update the language will be lost again, and a visit to a Nokia Care is a must. :smileyhappy:
