I bought Nokia 500 from store (not from operator)  and I`m missing quick office, etc. I can`t find anna package 1/2 or 2/2 in actual SW, nokia pc suite, it alwas show me that no actual programs are for download, that the software is update. and other programms i`m missing. What can i do ?

If your phone is new I'd take it back and ask the phone shop to explain, unless your operator variant of the Firmware doesn't contain it, it should be in applications/office.
If taking it back isn't an option your could try reinstalling the Firmware.
Using Nokia Suite or NSU, check for updates then take the reinstall option.

Lukasmor, can't you just download the free version from Nokia store? Better still, if you intend to have the full version make sure you do not install the one that comes as part of Anna 2/2 first because that will prevent you from installing the purchased version of quickoffice pro, even if you uninstall the free version first.

Quickoffice pro has been available at half price over christmas. I took advantage and glad I did, even though it meant I needed a factory reset to remove the old one.

Thank for your advice, bud i cant find free version on Nokia store, and i download quick office but it want from me licension, but i dont understand why i dont have these programs in my phone,

As you know, the quickoffice software gets installed with Anna 2/2 update. I've read somewhere that sometimes there is an error that prevents this update from appearing. The remedy is the deletion of a certain folder contained on the Chone memory. Try to search for this solution. Once you delete the folder the Anna 2/2 appears when you attempt to update your phone.

Have you tried factory resetting your phone? maybe this will clear things. Any apps you've paid for in Nokia Store will be downloadable again without having to purchase them again.

Delete this folder on your phone and then see whether Anna 2/2 appears when you try to update your phone. If it appears then it should install Quickoffice and PDF reader, etc.
