That is not yet known, all you can do is wait and keep checking phone news sites.

I don't think any manufacturer or Microsoft have officially announced what will happen to existing models when WP8 is released.

 

Personally I believe that the Lumia's will be updated to WP8 but thats based on assumptions and hope.
