Phone is a grey import meant for another market

the importer has bought it abroard for cheeper than he could get it in your country and he or the retailer has added Arabic before it was sold to you, probably voiding the warenty in the process

The update has restored the phone to its original configuration and deleted the installed pack

Only way to get it back is visit a nokia care point and pay to have them install it again

 

any other methods you may find via google  etc cannot be discussed here
