My English is not good please forgive me

I was in Beijing, China user, I use OVI Suite to download a map of Beijing document, OVI suite shown below, "is ready to download" pop up after the collapse of an OVI tips. Why is this the case?
Also, when I am prompted to update OVI Suite “Internal Error SSO server returned ststus code 405. Check SSO username and password.”

My cell phone is the version released in China, not Europe's version, the system version number is 031.023. OVI mobile terminal map version is maps_installer_3.03_10wk8_b04_s60_3.2_china.Nocs,
