Can you tell that when you enter the product code of your device under the batery cover on nokia website can i upadte...does it display that you device got v8.63 for nokia c3-00

Nokia is no longer adding new models to NSU, for new models that show 'not supported' you will need to use Ovi Suite.

Many newer Nokia models also support FOTA updates.

Dear Friends & Michaels,

I have tried the following software and methods for updating my C3-00, but all in vain.

1.Latest version of Ovi suit

2.Latest version of Nokia Software Updater

3.Tried to download software through phone via WLAN.

After doing all this, whatever I have concluded uptil now, is, that Nokia haven't released the UPDATE for the whole world, I think this update is initially released for the European Market or American Market. Later on, it might be available for the rest of the world......

If there's any other reason, please let me know.....

well I downloaded the latest Ovi & software updater from here (Nokia site) n installed it n tried to update my fone throgh Ovi & software updater, but both didn't work.

Hi guys,

We had to stop the deliveries of some variants due to one issue which needs to be fixed. Fixing is ongoing and the SW will be re-released to Nokia Software Updater / Ovi Suite channel as soon as it's possible.

Unfortunately I don't have any kind of estimate of when this would be sorted out, but I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear something.

Meanwhile you can get the updated SW from your nearest Nokia Care point / Service Center.

remove ur memory card and then directly update it through phone..i have updated like this it worked in my case.... as i was also facing the same kind of problem

after updating my phone the only problem i faced is my "chat" function in message is not working at all

Is there the same problem with C6-00 ? I have the version number 10... and there is a version 20... But I can't update my phone... A idea ?
