My phone is nokia E71 , & have a (v 200.21.118) & when I check by (*#0000#) tell me is RM-346
& below the battery is RM-375 ?????
When I want to updated by nokia suite ( v 3.2.100) tell me you have a new update
( v 510.21.009 ). When I start update tell me (error code 20000)
what does mean ?
Please tell me what I do

Update Nokia Ovi for the very last version. I did and upgrade was succesfull.

DEAR all,

ERROR 20000 SOLVED !!!

I too had got this err 20000, but I SOLVED IT !!

on the ovi suite, next to the software update icon, u will find an yellow marked icon. click that, complete the task as required by that yellow mark. ( see the attached photo ) .

After that, disconnect usb cable and also exit OVI suit. Now re-connect the start OVI suite again.  This time click on the software update icon and lo it wil install WITHOUT THE ERROR 20000/-.  if not repeat the above process.

What about if the yellow mark is caused by the warning you can install Nokia Belle?

just update your nokia suite. them install nokia bell
