Looks like your phone was not meant for the Middle Eastern market. The dealer brought it in from somewhere else and then installed a language pack which contains Arabic. When you updates the firmware, the phone reverted back to its original language. The dealer should have informed you of this because apart from languages, the warranty on the phone is only valid in the region/country it is meant for and hence the warranty is probably not valid in your country.
Anyway, language packs can opnly be installed by Nokia Care Points.

Thanks for the fast reply
But, i've updated my device before and it updated perfectly.
This time i update the device using OVI suite wich i download from the internet, do you think that my downloaded OVI is not supporting the Arabic language?
And if so, how can i undo the update if possible?

It is not possible for you to roll back a firmware update yourself. It can only be done by a Nokia Care Point without voiding your warranty. Contact your local Nokia Care Point to wee what they can do for you.

LOL, Don't worry too much about it. It was just a joke between us. He was implying me typing the word "wee" instead of "see" is very apt because you will need to wee after drinking the black stuff (Guinness - my favourite drink). ![]()
I was just explaining back the word "wee" was more a typo because "w" is just next to "s" and typing gets difficult after 5 pints of Guinness
