I have This Problem With My Software

Please Show Me any Way To Fix it

Note 1*:I Used This Software  on thisComputer but when i chang my windows it doesnt work

Note 2*:after that when i used software (once time) it didnt work because of that i changed my windows

The problem could be your internet connection. Are you using a good quality highspeed internet connection?

The problem could also be due to a firewall. Do you have a firewall installed on your pc or modem? If so then disable it.

yes i have a high speed lan 256Kpbs Internet conection

i changed my windows fot 5 times but it doesn`t  make it fix

i turned off the the windows firewall but i didnt see any changes

i install a Esset Smart Securitybut no changes

what should i DO?
