I am trying to update my 5800 to new firmware through FOTA but after downloading the fromware the phone restarts and says "Phone not updated. Update package not compatible with the phone. "

is there any soluations to fix this problem.

Can you try to do the flashing using Ovi Suite instead of FOTA ?

I don't know if it's available over NSU now, but I experienced the same problem, and solution was that I had to reinstall fw (52.0.007) with NSU and than apply FOTA update. That helped.

Depending upon your Product Code it may not be available yet.. Not available to my Nokia 5800xm thru FOTA or OVI Suite or NSU too..

i seen those version in NSU.....bt didn't try to install it....afraid of that...whether it make my phone dead....wat i do...anyone updated successfully via NSU?
