PLEASE TELL ME THAT UPDATING CELLPHONE FIRMWARE THROUGH NSU OR PHONE UPDATER CAN HARM THE CELLPHONE BOARD OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE CELLPHONE?

No. Nokia will NOT recommend or approve of it, if that is the case.

Only thing of concern is the software installation MAY go wrong if the power fails or phone is disconnected during the process..and that may require a visit to Nokia care to get the firmware flashed...

MY NOKIA X3-02 HAS BEEN REPLACED BY NOKIA BECAUSE OF SOME PROBLEM. AND FROM THE TIME I HAVE GOT MY NEW NOKIA X3-02 FROM NOKIA CARE I CAN'T SET UP MAIL IN MY CELL PHONE. EVERYTIME WHEN I CLICK ON "SET UP MAIL" AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS IT SHOWS "Service temporarily unavailable. Try again later." I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY THIS ISSUE.

I HAVE TRIED ALL POSSIBLE HELP i.e, RESTORING TO FACTORY DEFAULT, UPDATION OF PHONE SOFTWARE THROUGH NSU.

WILL U PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I REALLY NEED MY EMAILS ON MY PHONE. AND THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
