Everything Missing in new Nokia E66 410.21.010

Dear All + Nokia Team,

 

I installed the firmware RM-343 v410.21.010 for Nokia E66 but there are everything missing like languages and certificates which use to install my backup software for the Nokia E66.. I want my old version of firmware RM-343 v110.07.126 for Nokia E66 which is include Urdu (Middle East Languages) urgent bases.

It remain to thankful of you.
