Error 1720 with 5610 software updater

I have just downloaded the software updater from nokia-asia.com. When i start the setup it keeps showing this error. How do i fix it so i can install the software updater application? My 5610 is having the problem of auto restarting and all sort of problems so I need a update urgently.
