E72 stops responding

Hi

I got a new E72 3 days ago. Since then it has stopped responding at least once a day. Last night I even had to take out the battery as it would not even turn on and off. Don't think I have done anything special other than set it up to my specs. Any ideas?

 

No errors/no specific moments it stops...

Have installed any apps that may cause this freeze?

 

If it ain't running the latest fw version - i would update to the moste recent one: http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update

 

Since it's new, I would back up my contacts messages etc with nokia PC suite - and go for a soft reset and a reformat of the memorycard.
