I recently update the phone software on my E72 to version 021.023.C00.01. After finsihing, I could immediately notice that I lost the functionality of phone light, the Optical Navi Key, and the animation of moving between icons and windows opening and closing.

Is there a fix for this or how could I roll back this update?

Sorry you can't.

Check if Theme effects r set to "On"


Otherwise u can try factory settings *#7780# lock code.

If factory settings doesn't help, BACK UR DATA and try this; *#7370# lock code.
after reset done; Don't restore backup yet and see if everything is working fine.

perhaps you forgot something?

Soft reset. Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia's default lock code is 12345). Soft reset wipes the C drive.

just next time note that the default security code is "12345" because some people are completely novice
