The latest firmware v300..... has only caused me headaches. How do I roll-back or install to the previous version?

You cannot. Once you update your firmware, there is no way you can rollback or install a previous version.

Nokias new software completly trashed my phone and the software that was loaded even after restore from backup. My phone company will need to replace the phone now. I will replace with a different brand..... This is pathetic.... If the Nokia is perfect then there is no need for rollback.....
