Re: E65 software
The only time that this can happen is when your phone has been modified, usually by the retailer or often if you have had your phone unlocked by a small company.
It cannot happen under normal circumstances.
You should take the issue up with the person that you bought it from or unlocker if appropriate.
Unfortunately we cannot tell you how to modify it in the same way to restore your original firmware. It is against the rules of this forum to discuss warranty voiding topics like product code changing.
