Hi All,
I bought the E63 a week back.
I have noticed that the date doesn't get changed properly. I had set a correct date and today, It was showing 1st of April.!
1. Is it a known issue?
2. Do I need to update the software?
PS: I have not set Autoupdate and I live in India.(GMT+5.30)

Same problem... just bought my E63 in Switzerland.
The date change does not happen when phone turned off, but sometimes (at different times) during the day. This is very annoying...
any info on how to solve this?
Auto-update is turned off.

Yep, same problem as well. Really annoying - I missed a Calender appointment because of the wrong date.
If I hit snooze on the alarm in the morning, the date changes to the next day, so the next alarm doesn't go off.
My alarm ringing tone has also been changed - by itself.
Don't know whether to get rid of the phone, or wait for a software release.
I can't believe how long mobile phones have been out, and they still can't get a poxy alarm right.

Yeah, same thing happened to me as well.
Whenever my E63 switches on due to the alarm going off, I notice that the date is a day after what it's supposed to be. Sometimes the date is correct, then suddenly the date goes one day forward and the alarm goes off again.
Hope it's being fixed.

I have the same problem. E63 bought in Switzerland. Network provider time is NOT activated.
Symptom: Set an alarm for the next day, power off the phone. Alarm for the next day works and starts up the phone, however, the date is then wrong (set one day ahead). I have to manually set the date back one day every time. This is very ennoying.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks. Karl
