When the battery is not full, the network connection will drop  frequently.  Sometime showing no coverage at all.  It definitely cannot be named as business phone.  By the way, may I claim Nokia for my lost of business due to the produced phone cannot perform its basic function?

 The phone responses to network signal slowly and frequently show no coverage without reason or movement. When the 3G coverage is full, the phone will sometime switch to 2G without reason - thus drop my data connection too.  It shows only half signal where my 6210c shows full signal.  

Voice quality is poor unless I turn on the battery saving mode.  The reason may be the noise cancellation is off in that mode.  However, I consider the phone is useless due to the poor connection and slow response in switching signal receiving stations.

AGPS responses slowly. 

The provided mail for exchange software is useless.  It does not work when you sync more than 1 day email or with sub-folders.  It also won't work for sync calendar and to do. Emails wrote frequently not been sent but staying in OUTBOX.  I need to delete all emails in outbox and start over again.  

If I set an additional pop3 account, all emails I want to send will also stay in OUTBOX forever.

When holding the HOME button to show the running applications, it always show the switch phone sign along with HOME sign.  I cannot cancel the switch phone operation even I press the cancel button.

I need to store the network setting from my phone network provider and restore the setting frequently.  The setting will be changed automatically when roaming and charge me extra $.  The phone asked me the way to connect to internet even I set the priority of such connection. 

I consider this phone is not a functional product.  I've used NOKIA phones for more than 19 years and I don't want to use my old phones again after I paid for E52.  Please fix the software or hardware issues asap.  Thanks.

BT in E52 does not work with car system. It disconnect angain and again. I changed software several times and it does not work. It works with other phones (N73 and others). PLease fix it

for e52 ,new update released v22.009...   I didn t check all problems but still working for now...

Hi.

Nokia offers for E52 3 methods of updating the firmware.

1. via Nokia Software Updater
2. via Ovi Suite (New PC Suite?)
3. via "air" directly from the phone

None of these methods are working for me as i cannot find any update available. I am prompted if i want to reinstall it...

My phone code is: 0588201

Any ideas?

PS: In a later post i mentioned that the company i work for bought 200 E52 phones and 50% of them were functional. Ehhh...well.. now i think that no more than 10 phones are still working. All are bricked, or something...

Finaly!  I found the solution to all the problems regarding E52 in one go!

I sold off the stupid phone for 25% loss in one month, without properly using it!
