E 72 Back to older firmware because of problems with Lotus notes traveler

Hi,

I have a E72 which I updated the firmware to the latest version and this also updated some software like lotus Notes Traveler. This update has created problems with my email using Lotus Notes Traveler. I did not know at the time when I did the update that also my company servers had to be updated too so now I can not connect to my company emails. I get this message "Client server version mismatch. The client requires a server running version 8.5 or later". Is there any way to go back to and older firmware/software version?  If I do a hard reset is still keeps the latest  new firmware/software version it does not install an older version.

Before I did the upgrade the phone was registered to the server and I was receiving and sending emails fine.

Thanks for your help.

Generally, you can only go back to an older version by taking the phone to a Nokia service centre.

You cannot downgrade! Even if u take it to Nokia Head office in Finland. All u gotta do is wait for another software update. Or try to hard reset the phone.
