Cant update my N8 SW completely and its on the list in my phone SW updater!!

i jus got my phone back from nokia care and am having trouble updating my SW.when i go to SW updates i choose the phone sw but when i press start upgrade it only shows 'processing' and then stops after a while.why?? I have a working netwrk conection and ALL OTHER updates e.g ovi,midnight themes n quicksearch. all update without problem.pliz help.
