Hi Guys

I have a White n97(RM505) on v12.0.024,i dont seem to be able to update using Nokia software updater or using the application on my phone.I read that a v21 was released on the 1st Feb and still nothing is available for me to update to.I have tried the nokia site and entered the code underneath the battery and it still says ''No update available''.Please help me

Oh and by the way this n97 was bought straight from the nokia website last July when it first came out and i have been able to update previously.I brought it to a nokia care centre to be fixed and they replaced the device could this be the problem?

Thats the only code there,well a bunch of other numbers for wlan and other stuff,its a N97-1

i bought it off the nokia website,pre ordered it before it came out.I am living in ireland.It is unlocked and unbranded obviously

Then I suggest you use the Contact us link and ask why your productcode are not to be found in the productcode check database.

I too have the same problem and im living in Ireland.

I brought my phone into the nokia care place with a software problem and i recieved a new device a couple weeks later and i have the same product code. It's driving me mad not been able to update it or find any information on the product code. I bought my first fone straight from nokia back in August and when it broke recieved a brand new device

The phone came with V10 on it and i updated it to V12 and it wont update any further.

I found this thread when i put my product code into google.
