I recently got a C3-01 from T-Mobile, and i updated it from 5.60 to 5.65 verison. When i turned it on, media player and radio didn't worked (unable to open radio player), so i decided to update it again so maybe bug will fix, but now when i trie to update it i get this error: Device not supported. Nokia software updater does not support this model.

What shold i do? How is it possible that updater does not support c3-01?
I forgot to say that Nokia Software Updater did not worked for me (04.05.2011)

have you tried to update the Nokia Ovi Suite?

Nokia is no longer adding new models to NSU, for new models that show 'not supported' you will need to use Ovi Suite.

Many newer Nokia models also support FOTA updates.

But with ovi suite i can't reinstall 5.65 version? My service provider doesn't support FOTA

Hi guys,

We had to stop the deliveries of some variants due to one issue which needs to be fixed. Fixing is ongoing and the SW will be re-released to Nokia Software Updater / Ovi Suite channel as soon as it's possible.

Unfortunately I don't have any kind of estimate of when this would be sorted out, but I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear something.

Meanwhile you can get the updated SW from your nearest Nokia Care point / Service Center.

That's a good question. The fix will be in next client release, but I can't give any exact estimates at the moment. I'll try to get some kind of estimate from the team who's working with the issue.

Quick update: SW will be available latest on next Monday There's still a slight chance of getting the SW back online today, but let's see about that.

I reinstalled software yesterday and it worked fine, but when i turn off phone, and turn it on again got problem again.. Now Menu won't show up....
