C2-03 : Video unplayable after update v6.96

Video is not playing on my nokia c2-03 after firmware upgrade v6.96.When the video is played screen shows "video not supported" although the audio continues to play.please help.

hey Nokia C2-03 only support specific video formats such as mp4 with aac audio and 3gp videos,,,
i recommend you to use Any video converter to convert ur videos i have tried this software and it works...
i have also nokia c2-03 and now i can play videos on it...
remember it supports resolution 340*240...

I am aware of the restrictions that you mentioned earlier.... but it cannot play the same video that was playable before the update.... Is NOKIA downgrading mobile features by releasing updates??
