Hello,

I have installed the new version last week version 12.0.110. Since then my phone keeps on re-starting every time I receive a call.

Do anyone can help because I got crazy to not be able to answer to my phone ?

I usually reset all my phones after a firmware update. Perhaps you could try that and see if it helps. Use the *#7370# reset. Remember to backup your phone if you haven't already done so for before the update because you may lose your data with the reset.

I try to reset but i am asked to enter the "locked code" to reset. I try to find and will let you know.

The default lock code is 12345 unless you changed it.

I did the soft reset and the hard reset but still bugging.

Anytime I receive a call, my phone re-starts by itself. So I cannot get any incomming call.

So disappointed

One last try. Reinstall the update followed immediately by the hard reset (3 finger reset). Test out the phone for a day or so before restoring your backup. Let me know how you get on.

Hi. I updated my N97 mini to the latest software v12.0.110. since then I can´t make or receive calls. It simply says CALL NOT ALLOWED! Can someone out there help me out?

I also update my wife's phone to 12.0.110 and now she cannot make phone calls - get the 'not allowed' message. Before the upgrade it was working fine. I reset the phone too. There seems to be an issue in this upgrade as I have seen a few similar issues reported by others?

I have also upgraded to V12 with no such problems. Perhaps you should try the full hard reset.

Make sure you backup your data first because it will be wiped.

After you’ve backed up your data pc/ovisuite, turn your phone off and simultaneously press these three buttons Caps shift + Space bar * Delete button, then power up the phone with the power button while holding the other buttons until you see the handshake.If the procedure is successful you will be asked for your country etc etc.
