Hi everyone.

A few hours ago i was updating the software of my N95 with PCSuite and while it was doing, the screen stayed black just telling "NOKIA" and in my pc screen i saw the icon of the mobile informing that it was disconnected. After that i can´t restart my phone. The screen is always black and when i push the restart button on only appears "NOKIA". I´m trying not to go to a shop who have the operator technical assistance because the near from me stays about 100km.

Anyone can help me?

well, you're one of those who've experienced killing the'yre phone thru software updating.

you can search over the forum on how you can resusitate it.

but for your convinience since that's awful, try formatting it this way:

press and hold *, green call button, 3 and power button.

if that did not do go to a nokia authorized service center.

to put it simply:

turn off phone, press and hold *, green call button, 3, turn on phone, keep preesing and holding *, green call and 3 buttons until the select language appears.

Your os just got drained

All you need to do is go to a nokia care and get your phone flashed

No other trick to make it work!
