Advice from 3 Austrlia to re-install software on E71

Hi everyone,

I've received a text from 3 here in Australia to re-install the current software, but it makes no mention of a new version.
If I follow the link, it even mentions that the Nokia software will alert you to the fact your installing the same version.
Somehow whoever sent the message knew I had an E71, but whats the point of re-installing the same version?
Also, I can't access the link in the message through IE ...
Has anyone else had this?
