I am on Orange UK.

I installed the main Anna upgrade and then about 24 hours later, the 2/2 upgrade which was listed as being available to me via Ovi Suite.  This was about a week ago.

However, I do not have the 1/2 update.  I understand that Quick Office and pdf reader (that came with fully operational versions on my N8) are included in the 1/2 update.

I urgently require these 2 applications and I did not realise when upgrading to Anna that they would be lost.

Is there anyway of just loading these 2 applications or is there a way of being able to load the 1/2 update when the Phone / Ovi Store do not acknowledge that these are missing.

I would welcome your advice.

   Guys there is a big problem here, "You cannot install Bella without having Anna installed first", because Bella share many files with Anna. Correct me Skyee if I am wrong.

    So people who are hoping for Bella (for US or all countries that did not receive Anna update yet)...  Do not hope too much, still you will have to get Anna first then Bella, but hope that Bella will not be "Bugy" like Anna so they do not spend that much time fixing it.

Belle might be tweaked so that Anna isn't required, you never know the way Nokia might play it. And you *can* get Anna in the US at Nokia Care points, like Jack's Place in NYC (51st Street, btwn 3rd and 2nd). It's an official Nokia Care center and they will flash your phone to Anna for $35, and they say it's within warranty because Anna has been made available globally and officially.

Belle on the other hand hasn't been released yet, so they can't/won't do that.

So if Belle gets released and Anna is required (and Anna hasn't been released..crazy but this is Nokia we're talking about), then for $35 you'll be all set.

I just told you what I got on my N8, ok? I swear I´ve downloaded the update and rebooted the phone... but nothing.

Let´s wait till Nokia release the Anna for USA...

       Yes you can update using Ovi or On Air NOW !!

Yes you heard it correct, after 1 year since they started working on it, and after 7 month of eggy delays, here it come the Nokia Anna update to Country Variants North America
