Sorry, If alredy existing topic like mine. I'm from Bulgaria, and I don't speek english verry well, because of that i sorry for my mistakes. I don't read all topics because I have trouble with English language. In my country there is site, but there isn't Forum with questions.

So.. My question about one BIG problem with my Nokia 3250 Express music >>When I'm start the Nokia PC Suite (v6.84.10.4) I don't have any troubles. The Nokia PC suite identify my phone and i can work with music and all things.
When i start the menu " Update phone Software" (v1.4.0) sprout the following problem :

"Detecting your phone > Search for a connected phones ...>Identifying connected phones.." and everythings is gonna be over right there. >> Windows shows this message: "Nokia service layer host process has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvinience." And more >
"Error signature:

Hi,
Well you can try:
-uninstall the PC suite
-Uninstall PC connectivity solution from windows--settings--Add&remove
-Use PC suite cleaner:
http://europe.nokia.com/A4144912
then restart the PC and install the PC suite again.

I hope it works.

amm... I' trying to uninstall PC suite > this is the problem > I have to try to reinstall Windows. For all that 10X
