ALost my all preinstalled software after Software update from NOKIA CARE

Hi All,

I lost all my N79 softwares after getting update from NOKIA CARE like OXFORD dictionary, Local Maps wave secure etc. what I got preinstalled when I bought it.

Even now scroll sensor is not working.

Can any body tell me what is the problem and will be very thankful if i get the solution too.
