6110 Navigator takes very long to get position

Hi ppl, i have a 6110 navigator for the past 8 months now,it was working very well untill recently, my navigation is taking forever to get position. Initially it use to take under a minute to pickup position, but now it takes up to 10mins before it picks up position, once it picks up position, it works normal. Anybody having the same probem? any solutions?

try to check if you have assisted GPS on. settings--->general--->positioning--->positioning methods
