i did the *#0000# and  i have version v 30.0.011..  date 29.06.09 modile nokia musice xpress 5800... it loads the ovi map then installs it and right at the end it says ovi maps is not compatible with your current device software, update to the lastest software with nokia updater????  buti alraedy have it??  pls help as i have paid for map for the lat 6 months, and now i can get them free

Ovi Maps works with v.31.x.xxx and v.40.x.xxx

Your product code doesn't have them yet and Ovi needs them to work for free

 

so, go to Nokia Care and update your firmware to have the Ovi Maps for free
