Hey guys,

Let's start with something else first. Before updating to 21.0.025, I began experiencing problems getting into my log file. Received calls, Missed calls etc. were all inaccesible. Then I remembered that the updates for the 5800XM were all over the place, so I updated the firmware. Right now I'm running 21.0.025.C01.01, and life was good... for a whole hour. That's the moment that my girlfriend was playing with the GPS maps a bit. She turned the phone a bit, and the screen went darkish. After some fiddling, the screen became normal again but the problem persisted, turning the screen to darkish / distorted colors every now and then. This morning was the baddest of them all: after unplugging it from the mains, I couldn't get it normal, forcing me to reboot the phone.So... What can be doen about this? I really want it to be solved...

Nokia... In all honesty, I'm a bit disapointed. The E70 never, ever had problems. The 6820... Nothing. You're running behind the other touchscreen companies for like a year now, yet you always had a touchscreen tablet available. What's the moment that it all went wrong? Where's the time that firmware upgrades weren't a neccesity?

Well I really hope it this can be solved with an upgrade, instead of a downgrade because I like the better stuff that the upgrade brings. It's just the screen that is doing FailTM.

But ofcourse, it's all my girlfriends fault. Her Prada phone looks so bad, it's unbelievable
