5800 firmware updated, but have some problems

I updated my Nokia 5800 from v21 to v31 but i dont have latvian language anymore, and the phone cant find any wireless networks. what can i do?

As I can see, your phone is branded "Vodafone Denmark" am I right?

 

 

If so, you must deliver your phone to Vodafone reseller or care center to install Latvian language pack for you

 

About WiFi, just soft reset your phone, using *#7370# ... but remember to Backup your data and uncheck the box "files from phone memory"

well i bought the phone online, and as far as i know there isnt vodafone reseller or care center..

 

  it will delete phones memory? isnt it where the phone stores program data etc?

i'm sorry it's German version not Dannish

 

and yes, soft reset will erase data so, backup contacts , messages , calendar and notes before reset

Go to Nokia Care and pay for firmware update with your language

i don't know . it varies from country to country

 

last time i asked it was about 25 dollars

i cant get wireless to work.. i reset the settings, it works, then i try to restore phone from back-up, but still it doesnt work.. i dont care, i can live with the english language, but i cant work with wireless.. is there any way to roll back to firmware v21?
