5800 dead between update

I was updating my 5800(red) through NSU, after downloading the update, the phone restarted , but it only showed the white welcome screen, and on the PC it showed "connection lost ", below it was mentioned some steps to reconnect the phone I tried but it didn't work ,then I removed the battery and switched it on but it didn't turned on.

I went to the nokia care center they said they have to send it to company for repair, when I went for collecting my phone to my surprise the company replaced my old handset and gave me a new black grey one(Thanks to the extended warranty).

I was very happy, until now. I was updating again through NSU same thing happened It went dead and now it has been again sent to company for repair and I will probably get it  by 21/2/11.

 

I asked them about the problem but they had no answers, they said they knew nothing about the problem and why was it replaced?

I searched through many post but didn't got any solution.

So please guys if anyone of you know  the cause please tell me so I do not repeat it again....

The version my phone was working on was the latest 52.0.007 (rm356)
