Still love this phone, but becoming increasingly frustrated!! Have tried to update my phone, both through Nokia Suite and OTA, with no success. I use my phone constantly to communicate with my kids who are away at Uni, and the GPS/Maps for travel with their sports teams, etc.
Yesterday, during a medical emergency, I tried to use my OviMaps to find the nearest hospital, and once I set the location and set to navigate, was met with a message that my license had expired, and that a new one could be purchased. This phone came with Free navigation for the lifetime of the phone. Had to pull over on the highway, try to memorize how to get to the hospital, and hope to not miss the exit! Not impressed!
When I called my carrier, their reply was that Nokia hadn't released the update to them, and that it was Nokia's problem to deal with. However, having Googled, I see that I'm not alone in this situation, and that the problem may lie with the branding they've put on the phone.
If I can't update this phone, I'll have to find another! I just need someone to give me a straight answer!

There are no care points in Canada - only their Head Office, and a Nokia Products office, which is 10 minutes from me, and USELESS!!! I've just spent 29 minutes on the phone with their support, who is telling me there is no solution, but he's passed my info on to a "Level 2 Support Personnel." Sooooooo NOT IMPRESSED!!! Making my decision about the Lumia a LOT easier, because if this is they kind of support I'd receive.....!!!! ![]()

Still no solution.... soft AND hard resets done..... waiting for a call back from Nokia, but I'm not holding my breath since they've NEVER responded to my emails, or Facebook & Twitter posts....
