Hi all,

Does anybody know if the v20.X update is avaliable for Irish users, another user on this board whom i assume is Irish as this is the http://discussions.nokia.ie board called maxdemon seems to have been told by the software updater that it is.  When I try i get told no updates, I tried OTA and USB.

Does anyone know if it is and if it is not when will it be.

What is your phones product code?

It's the 7 digit number under the battery that starts 05...

The UK red model still hasn't received the update either.

If you have a Vodafone Ireland branded handset, the update was not available as of yesterday. Chances are you will have to wait a while because Vodafone Ireland are very slow approving updates. My experience is they don't bother till customers start badgering them.

Unfortunately it looks like that Irish generic code is being treated the same way as the UK generic code.

No reason is known as to why the update has been delayed or when it will eventually be released.

It's just a case of waiting and checking both NSU and OTA daily and hoping.

I too am annoyed about this and have contacted nokia care but only received the usual stock non-answer from them.
