recently , i upgrade my 5800 with PC n i left it to run automatically .

when i come back , the NSU said it failed to upgrade and appear something like " recovery xxxx"

i didnt care it n plug the usb cable off. 

after that , i found out that my 5800 become abnormal but can on n off.

the home screen shortcut icon are missing in contact bar/shortcut bar

the contact n a something that used to dial phone number also cannot open in home screen...

i try to reinstall the firmware via NSU , but nothing change ....

any1 can help me ??? (sorry for my manglish)

Try to reinstall the firmware before that try hard reset procedure switch off the device press and hold green, red, camera key and press the power button hold all the buttons till you see the country selection screen.

Try for reset, holding Green+red+camera button, then check if you can update. or else take it up with nokia care
