used nokia software updater to update to firmware 20.0.080 and phone never restarted! what shud i do? nokia owes me one

tried all these but still nothing..thanks anyway :-(

Have you tried to connect the phone to a charger and see if it starts charging? - If it does, try to power on normally or the hard reset way.

If it's still dead you will need to take it to a nokia carepoint and let them sort it out.

Just to try everything: remove the memorycard and do everything you've tried. Sorry for this experience. Hope you at least get it sorted out at a carepoint.
