I'd like to update my 5310's version to 5.81. after entering the code, the bellow text will appear:

how i update my phone software

Download the latest version of OVISuite from

http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/nokia-ovi-suite/compatibility-and-download

and install on your PC..

Connect your phone to PC thru' USB cable..Open OVI Suite and goto Tools-->Back-up.. and follow instructions..

Once the back-up is complete goto Tools-->Software update..The Suite will inform if there is any update available.. If so .. follow instructions..

Note : During update, the phone will switch off / on on its own..so do not panic and do not disconnect the phone.. Ignore all the warnings in windows task bar also.. and let the process complete.. After the update is complete phone will start again.. then only disconnect..
