5310 XpressMusic hang after software update

Dear Support,

 

Before software update version was 3.8 and currently it is 5.16

 

Now phone is hanging again and again. Only call can be dial but no receving.

 

Try all measure even factory restore as well. But no luck.

 

It seems that new software version have problems, so can I get older version of mobile software update near 3.* or 4.*??

 

Other solutions are also welcome.

 

P.s. phone is not now is warranty.

Firmware roll back is not possible. Try to reinstall firmware.
