yeah, I know how to update the phone, but when I try to updating it always tell me it's the latest firmware. My phone run on 20.0.05 and my code is 0599523

Are the updates is based on the product codes? If it's right why then my product code 0599523 cannot update? When the updates will be available? It's annoying when the other 5230 owner can update their phone while I can't!
