Example Issue

Have a weird problem with my Nokia 5800. Occassionaly when someone calls, the phone auto answers after a ring and I am not able to answer the call. This happens only occasionally. How can I remove the aut answer completely?

 

Solution

There's no auto answer for the device itself unless u plugged in related accessories. Try this ..

 

1. Menu -> Settings -> Calling -> Call -> Anykey Answer -> set to OFF

2. Menu -> Settings -> Phone -> Accessories -> Scroll all 6 category there and set all Automatic Answer to OFF

 

Important note: It shud be in Headset, Wireless Car Kit and Music Stand.

 

Do a test call from outside and see if the problem persists. Problem solved !
